We are committed mushroom lovers and Georgia's first commercial scale growers paving the way for a future where consumers in Georgia and the surrounding region have consistent access to a diverse selection of high-quality and sustainably grown specialty mushrooms.
What We Do
We create jobs and sustainably produce high-quality specialty mushrooms in the historical region of Zugdidi, Georgia. Our most popular products include King Trumpet mushrooms, Beech mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms and Enoki mushrooms.
How We Do It
We use a mixture of traditional practices and state-of-the-art technology to produce high volumes of specialty mushrooms that are all natural, nutrient-rich, and incredibly flavorful. We also believe that standards are an affirmation of industry progress, which is why we go beyond industry standards as we stand at the forefront of industry progress.
